Financial Policy
Our financial policy outlines our commitment to transparent and fair billing practice. We strive to ensure that our clients understand their financial responsibilities and have access to the care they need. We aim to make the financial aspect of mental health care as stress free as possible, allowing our clients to focus on their wellness journey.

We accept most major insurance plans. For more information please refer to our insurance page. Please verify coverage before your appointment, and inform us of any changes.

Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept all majors credit cards for payments.

For self-paid clients, full payment is expected at the time of the appointment. Fees for mental health evaluation and treatment are $250 for initial psych. $150 for follow up appointment and medication management/refill. $50 for medication refill only. Payments can be made via cash, check, or card.

Billing statements will be sent out in the mail monthly.

A late fee of $25 may be applied to balances not paid within 5 days. Please communicate any financial difficulties promptly.

​Fees for missed appointments of $25 are outlined in our Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

Unresolved balances may be forwarded to a collection agency after 60 days of non- payment.

We will submit insurance claims on your behalf. However, any denied claims or unpaid balances are the responsibility of the client.
