Appointment Cancellation and No-show Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 913- 620-2990 or 913- 839- 4085 or marta.beth@serenitymhclinic.com at least 24 hours before your appointment.

2. No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. A fee of $25 will be charged for no-shows without prior notice.

• Excessive no-show occurrences may result in the requirement of a pre-paid appointment or the inability to schedule future appointments.

 3. Exceptions:

• We understand emergencies happen. Please communicate any exceptional circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate.

4. Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full charges will apply.

5. Payment:

• Fees for no-shows or late cancellations will be charged to the card on file unless otherwise arranged.
